Every price on this page is a starting price for that course of treatment. Your exact fee is confirmed at your consultation, once Dr Dev has seen what your treatment involves – and once it is agreed in writing, it does not change.
What your fee includes
- Your full course of treatment, planned and carried out by a Specialist Orthodontist – not a dentist offering aligners alongside general dentistry
- Your retainers at the end of treatment – included in the price, never charged as an extra
- 18 months of follow-up appointments once treatment finishes, so your result is looked after rather than left to drift
- All routine adjustment and review appointments during treatment
- The option to spread the cost over up to 12 months, interest-free
The only retainer you pay for is a replacement – one that is lost, broken or worn out – at £170 each.

The £15 deposit, explained
Booking a consultation takes a £15 deposit, and it is credited in full against the £95 fee for an in-person consultation with Dr Dev — so it is not an extra charge.
If you decide not to go ahead with treatment, the deposit is refunded in full — just ask us within two weeks of your appointment date.
The deposit is non-refundable if you do not attend and do not let us know. The clinic list fills up quickly, and an unused appointment is one a patient on the waiting list could have had.

Retainers are included in the price of every treatment, so there is nothing further to pay at the end — you only pay if one later needs replacing.

Consultations: a virtual consultation is free. An in-person consultation is £95, and the £15 booking deposit comes off that fee.
Paying in instalments
Spread the cost over up to 12 months, interest-free, paid directly to the practice. You pay a deposit on the day treatment starts, then the balance in equal monthly payments. There is no interest and no charge for paying this way – the total is simply the price of your treatment.
Because the plan runs for 12 months or less and is genuinely interest-free, it is a straightforward arrangement with the practice rather than a credit agreement. There is nothing to apply for and no credit check.
